Legal

These terms govern the use of the Solinkify website (solinkify.com), APIs, SDKs, and the on-chain program on Solana (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Solinkify is payment infrastructure: a marketplace for datasets (DataHub), a crypto checkout (Pay), social commerce via Blinks, an AI paywall (Gate), and a node network (DePIN), all settling through one open program on Solana.
Solinkify is non-custodial. Funds move from a payer’s wallet through a program-owned escrow account directly to the recipient; Solinkify never holds, controls, or can recover user funds. Solinkify is not a bank, money transmitter, exchange, or investment service, and nothing in the Services is financial, legal, or tax advice.
The Services currently settle on Solana devnet, a test network. Devnet tokens have no monetary value. Until the announced mainnet launch, all balances, payments, and rewards are for testing and evaluation only, and may be reset. When the Services move to mainnet, on-chain transactions will involve real value and these terms will apply to them in full.
You access the Services with a Solana wallet you control. You are solely responsible for the custody of your keys. Transactions on Solana are irreversible: a payment sent to the wrong address, or signed by mistake, cannot be undone by Solinkify or anyone else.
A flat protocol fee of 1% is split on-chain per payment (0.8% with an active $SINKY creator stake); the recipient always receives 99% or the transaction fails. Network (gas) fees are set by Solana, not Solinkify. Fee parameters are enforced by the on-chain program and are publicly auditable.
You keep ownership of datasets and content you sell, and you are responsible for having the rights to sell them. It is prohibited to use the Services for anything unlawful, including selling data you have no right to distribute, malware, stolen personal data, or content that infringes third-party rights. Solinkify may delist content or block API access that violates these terms; on-chain state remains outside anyone’s unilateral control.
$SINKY is a utility token used for node staking, tiers, and fee discounts. It is not an investment product, and no return, reward level, or token value is promised or guaranteed. Node rewards depend on actual network usage, uptime, and on-chain parameters that may change. Staking involves a cooldown before unstaking.
The SDKs and plugins are open-source under the MIT license and provided as-is. The hosted Services (website, APIs, coordinator) are provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or be discontinued.
The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Blockchain systems carry inherent risks: smart contract defects, network congestion or outage, key loss, and token volatility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solinkify’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the protocol fees actually received by Solinkify from you in the three months before the claim. Solinkify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds, data, or profit.
These terms may be updated as the Services evolve; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
