Privacy Policy

Solinkify is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no user accounts, no passwords, and no e-mail sign-ups: you connect a wallet, and payments settle on a public blockchain. This policy explains what is collected anyway, why, and what you can do about it.

1. The blockchain is public

Wallet addresses, payments, escrow state, stakes, and rewards live on Solana and are public and permanent by design. Anyone can see them, and Solinkify cannot edit or delete them. A wallet address is pseudonymous, but anyone who links it to your identity can see its history.

2. What Solinkify stores off-chain

  • Marketplace and checkout data: dataset listings, checkout sessions (order id, amount, merchant and buyer wallet addresses, optional order metadata a store sends), and delivery links, so purchases can be fulfilled and shown in dashboards.
  • Gate analytics: aggregated request events for creator dashboards: which endpoint was hit, the detected bot name, path, and payment outcome. Client IPs are used in-memory to verify claimed crawlers and rate limits, not to build visitor profiles.
  • Node telemetry: node wallet, uptime heartbeats, and relay activity, used to compute tiers and rewards.
  • Server logs: standard, short-lived technical logs (timestamps, request paths, status codes) for debugging and abuse prevention.

An e-mail address is only known if you send one (for example, an optional receipt e-mail at checkout, or writing to support), and it is used solely for that purpose.

3. Cookies

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie the Gate paywall may set is a short-lived, signed challenge clearance cookie proving a browser passed the anti-bot check; it expires within hours.

4. Where data lives

Off-chain data is processed on infrastructure providers (currently Vercel, Railway, and Supabase) that may store it in the United States or the European Union. Payments themselves never pass through these systems; they settle wallet-to-wallet on Solana.

5. What Solinkify does not do

  • No selling or renting of data, to anyone.
  • No advertising networks or third-party trackers.
  • No KYC or identity collection (this may change for mainnet features where law requires it).
  • No custody of funds or private keys, ever.

6. Retention and your choices

Off-chain records are kept only as long as they serve the purposes above (dashboards, accounting, abuse prevention) and are then deleted or aggregated. To ask what off-chain data exists for your wallet, or to request deletion of it (on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone), contact solinkify@gmail.com.
